Industrial floor cleaning machines at Nestlé
Industrial floors are often subjected to heavy loads. In a new factory of Nestlé Germany AG in Schwerin, ink leaked from an ink jet printer in a production hall and has spread across the floor. The ink had already penetrated the first layer of the finished concrete floor.
How can those stains be removed without interrupting the production? With common means, a removal of those stains is not possible.
Special industrial floor cleaning machines
Answering to the floor manufacturer's request, the cleaning process was initiated with the vacuum blast method by the company systeco. Open blasting or grinding was not possible due to the environmental circumstances. It was not enough to just clean the surface. Since the ink has already penetrated the concrete a thin surface layer had to be removed. The surface was roughened up strongly, so it had to be re-sealed. The cleaning of the industrial floor took place during production, without interrupting the process or disturbing it. The unique technology of vacuum blasting makes it possible.
Special floor cleaning
In Berlin, the PCB factory's floors was heavily contaminated by the special paint used in some production areas and could not be removed with conventional cleaning agents. In order to remove the lacquer off the floor, only blasting can help. Because of the sensitive production facilities, open blasting was out of the question. For this type of special floor cleaning, the cleaning machine Tornado ACS is the best choice.
The first attempt on tile and linoleum worked perfectly. The tiles and the coating appeared in their original condition again, as you can see well in the photos.
Thanks to the closed cycle of the system, the job was concluded without setting up any barriers. The sensitive production facilities continued running uncritically. All of this was only possible with the eco-friendly vacuum blast method.
Shortly after, they bought a Tornado ACS Premium-System. At this point, we will continue to report in the near future of the use of the cleaning machine.
